Digital and AI seem to have the potential to generate enormous value for traditional B2B companies by transforming the way they do things today and creating new opportunities for the future. As McKinsey points out, to avoid being disrupted and get high market valuations, companies need to develop digital platforms with embedded AI to make this happen. However, there are very few real cases where such change is happening with such platforms and there is not much clarity between hype and reality.
We have identified leaders that understand how to make Digital and AI work, have created successful business capabilities in Sales and Marketing and Supply Chain.
